Division Manager
- Public Works |

Join this successful underground
construction company and help
build a new division focusing on
Public Works while also being
responsible for private work.
Located in the San Jose-Redwood
City Area; with initial focus on
projects in the Greater Bay
Area.
- Identify and bid
projects
- Manage projects from
building crews to getting
work done
- Ensure that all work is
performed within safety
standards while meeting
contract specifications and
budget
- Provide support to other
managers in the Public Works
arena
- Market public
works/Company
Qualifications:
- 4-year degree in
construction management,
business administration or
equivalent
- Minimum 5 years
construction management
experience, preferably in
public works arena
- Minimum 7 years
estimating experience
- Diverse experience in
public works projects
Excellent salary,
including bonus opportunity,
