| Dave has been with West
Valley Construction since January 2010. He
brings with him over 20 years of hi-tech startup
and Fortune 100 corporate finance management
experience. His broad range of expertise in GAAP
accounting and management reporting includes
SEC/IPO and merger activity as well as a variety
of operations development in a number of
manufacturing industries. Dave holds an MBA in
Finance and a Bachelor of Science degree in
Environmental Engineering and is a member of
Construction Financial Management Association. |

| Kevin has been with West Valley Construction since 1978. He is valued at WVC for his specialized expertise in utilities construction project management, contract administration, labor relation skills and knowledge. Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from California State University at Chico. He is a member of the Engineering & Utility Contractors Association (EUCA) and the American Water Works Association (AWWA). |

| Jeff has been with West Valley Construction since 1978. His areas of expertise include IT management, software development and database design with specialized knowledge of AS400 and Windows networks. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering/Computer Science from San Jose State University. |
| Jimm Vosburgh |
| Vice President of Operations |
| Jimm has shared his expertise in construction project management, fleet operations management and heavy equipment repair with West Valley Construction since 1998. His prior experience includes 12 years as Equipment Manager/Heavy Equipment Mechanic for Stevens Creek Quarry Inc. and 6 years as a Heavy Truck & Equipment Mechanic. He is a Certified Fleet Manager, as well as a member of the Engineering & Utility Contractors Association (EUCA), the Service Technicians Society (STS) and the National Association of Fleet Administrators (NAFA). Jimm was honored twice, in 1983 and 1984, as Operating Engineer's Local #3 Heavy Duty Repairman "Apprentice of the Year". |

| Mike has been with West
Valley Construction since 2000. As a registered
civil engineer in both California and Nevada,
and a Designated Design-Build Professional™ he
brings extensive experience in design/build
project management, pipeline engineering and
water resources engineering to our team. Prior
to joining WVC, Mike spent 4 years as Pipeline
Replacement Program Manager/Senior Engineering
Supervisor of the Distribution System Planning &
Design Department at San Jose Water Company, and
8 years as a Senior Engineer for Nolte and
Associates, Inc. He is a member of the American
Water Works Association (AWWA), the Design-Build
Institute of America (DBIA), the Engineering &
Utility Contractors Association (EUCA) and the
Knights of Columbus (KOFC). Mike graduated with
distinction BSCE from San Jose State University,
where he was also named a member of the Chi
Epsilon Civil Engineering Honor Fraternity. |

| Dennis has been with West Valley Construction since 1977. He applies his expertise in contract administration and management to each of our projects. Dennis is also a certified Notary Public. |
